Accessibility Arrangements at Moa Hotel

We see all of our customers as equal and deserving of full access to the hotel’s facilities and services. We make every effort to provide accessibility for guests with all types of disabilities.

For your convenience, below are the accessibility arrangements available at the hotel:

Disabled Parking:

There are 2 disabled parking spaces in the parking lot (on the left side of the main entrance).
Long-term parking is available near the main entrance of the hotel.

Main Entrance to the Hotel:

Distance from disabled parking to the main entrance – 12 meters.
The path from the main entrance to the hotel reception is not accessible for wheelchair users. (It is possible to enter with a vehicle by prior arrangement, or to arrange for pickup from the parking lot by hotel staff).

Public Disabled Restrooms:

The restrooms are located on the entrance floor of the restaurant.
The restroom stall dimensions are 200×138 cm.
The stall door width is 82 cm.
There is a foldable handrail.
The stall door opens outward.

Reception Desk:

The reception desk has an induction loop for guests with hearing impairments.
There is a lowered and adapted section of the desk.
Upon request, a folder for signing documents is provided so that the guest can sign documents at the reception desk without needing to do so at desk height.

Dining Room/Restaurant:

There is an accessible path to the dining room/restaurant.
The self-service buffet height is 90 cm.
Staff are briefed to assist guests with disabilities upon request.
There are accessible restrooms in the restaurant with a door width of 86 cm and stall dimensions of 152×177 cm.

Accessible Room in the Hotel (Room 9 – Double):

Room 9 is the accessible room in the hotel. The room is 15 meters from the reception and the path is accessible. The main door width is 88 cm.
The room is spacious, allowing easy access to the double bed (160×200 cm), the balcony, and the accessible bathroom, which includes two handrails for the toilet, a handrail, and a seating bench in the shower. The bathroom door width is 85 cm, and the shower dimensions are 207×154 cm.

Additional Services:

Upon request, the bed height can be adjusted and furniture in the adapted room can be moved.
Upon request, assistance is provided in receiving/returning towels in the pool areas.
Upon request, guidance and assistance are provided to visually impaired guests.
Upon request, a disabled parking space can be reserved for a guest arriving in a vehicle with a disability badge.
In the guest rooms, television broadcasts with subtitles (closed captions) are provided.
Service animals (including guide dogs) are allowed upon presentation of appropriate documentation before the stay, and their stay in the hotel is subject to legal requirements.

Service Accessibility for Hotel Guests: Company managers/employees have undergone training in providing accessible services to people with disabilities. As part of the training, company managers/employees received tools to deal with accessibility issues, including experiential understanding of physical disabilities and the needs of all website users.

Service and Telephone Response Accessibility: The company’s telephone service center operates for the benefit of customers with disabilities, without background music, at a slow pace, and in clear language in Hebrew and/or English.
