MOA LIVING

Moa is a wellness resort nestled in the heart of the Arava, a unique oasis in the Israeli desert. Conceived and designed by architect Sefi Kiriti, Moa was established with the vision of creating an ecological retreat center that acts as a place of healing and deep serenity. The entire complex is constructed from natural materials, with rooms crafted from clay bricks produced on-site, complemented by luxurious royal tents. The resort features an ecological lake with filtered water drawn from deep within the earth.
At Moa, we embrace a lifestyle of tranquil silence. Guests are invited to engage in our daily activities and content focused on personal development, and to indulge in a rich menu featuring plant-based and seafood cuisine. Find rest by the lake, embark on a peaceful desert excursion, or utilize our variety of facilities designed to promote physical and mental well-being.

Silence

Surrounded by the sounds of desert breezes, birdsong, and the gentle babbling of water, far from the roar of cities and highways.

OASIS

The water sources in the heart of the desert cool the dwellers and enliven the abundant vegetation in the garden. A true oasis that serves as an inspiration to our essence – a refuge and a source of nourishment.

Hospitality

Like the tribes that walked the “Incense Road” centuries ago, for us too, welcoming guests in the desert is an honor — to offer travelers rest from the journey and provision for the continuation of the path.

Wellness

In Hebrew, it’s been called “Shlomot” – or well-being; all the things that influence our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The choices we make determine our level of internal wellness: how we sleep, what we eat, how we move our bodies, what information we consume, and who we spend time with. At Moa, our goal is to offer activities, content, facilities, food, and an environment that will support us in this ongoing process.

Community

We believe all the small moments that recharge us, big and small, are experienced in the presence of others; with old friends, family, loved ones, or new friends we’ve adopted in the heart of the desert.
